Amazing service - Computer Gurus installed a new charging port immediately when the one on my ancient laptop broke, and patched together the crumbling screw casings and cracked back cover to keep it going, then efficiently transferred all my data etc to a new laptop when I finally got around to buying one. They were friendly, prompt, efficient, explained everything they were doing clearly and were great value for money. Highly recommended.

We had a bit of a panic when my stepdaughter’s laptop suddenly wouldn’t turn on while she’s in the middle of her studies. After searching for local IT support, we came across Computer Gurus and sent them a message late on a Saturday night.
To our surprise, they were able to fit us in the very next morning on Sunday to take a look at it. Unfortunately the laptop itself couldn’t be repaired, but they took the time to explain the issue clearly and gave us really helpful advice on replacement options.
What really stood out was their honesty and service. As they couldn’t fix the device, they didn’t charge us anything for their time.
Genuinely great customer service and a very helpful team. If you have any tech issues, big or small, I’d definitely recommend going to Computer Gurus first.
