- Access: You grant us temporary remote access to your device. We will only access areas necessary to complete the requested work.
- Data Responsibility: While we take all precautions, you are responsible for backing up your important data before our service begins.
- Payment: Payment is required upon completion of the remote support session.
- Limitations: Remote support may not resolve all issues. If the problem requires physical intervention, we will advise accordingly.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not access personal files or documents unrelated to the service request.
- No Warranty: Remote support is provided as-is. We cannot guarantee resolution of all software issues due to variables beyond our control.
